What should I do if my child is going to be away from school?
- Absence from School – please inform School on 029 20 402814 if your child is going to be away ill. The School Clerk, Mrs Riseborough, will ring all parents once the registers have been collected to check where your child is.
- Lateness – lateness is recorded on our computerised system and persistent lateness with no explanation will lead to a visit from the Education Welfare Officer.
- Attendance figures for your child -each term you will have a letter from school detailing your child’s attendance and what impact that will be having on their learning. If you have any concerns about these figures please see the Headteacher.
